PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As part of MTA LIRR’s Station Enhanced Initiative program, SJH supported Gannett Fleming on this design build effort involving eight (8) stations on Long Island Railroad. The team performed condition surveys of the existing stations to identify any structural deficiencies that needed to be repaired as part of this program. The inspections included the platforms, canopies and other structural elements of the station buildings.
