Project Mgmt. Services

SJH is providing expert professional and technical project management services on a “call-in” basis for project control and program management support to the PANYNJ’s Engineering Department for a period of three years. Services may include developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules for design and construction projects, developing and designing project proposals with input from Design team members as well as preparing performance reports and assisting design staff in tracking project data in the department plan.

In November 2021, SJH assigned a full-time program manager responsible for managing the various aspects of project life-cycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing for each assigned project under supervision and direction of the Chief of Engineering Project Delivery Division at the World Trade Center.
