Project Mgmt. Services

SJH provided expert professional and technical project management services on a “call-in” basis for project control and program management support to the PANYNJ’s Engineering Department over a period of three years. The services included developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules for design and construction projects, developing and designing project proposals with input from Design team members, as well as preparing performance reports and assisting design staff in tracking project data in the department plan.

In November 2021, SJH assigned a full-time program manager who was responsible for managing the various aspects of the project life cycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing for each assigned project under the supervision and direction of the Chief of Engineering Project Delivery Division at the World Trade Center.
