Facility Condition Surveys on a “Call-in” Basis, JFK, Bronx, Elizabeth
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We provided condition survey of buildings services on three tasks for Port Authority at JFK airport, Bronx and Elizabeth. SJH performed in-depth inspections of various unobstructed structural, architectural elements and ceiling surfaces of the buildings. The condition surveys included all utility supports, mechanical equipment supports, and site appurtenances. Photographic documentation of the condition of all building elements was provided in conjunction with written documentation of all inspection findings. Inspection reports were prepared in accordance with all Port Authority procedures and requirements, conclusions, and recommendations of repair. Priority, Routine and Safety Repairs were issued as appropriate.
