Routine Inspection of 48 On and 25 Off System Camden County Bridges Group 04C1
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
SJH was responsible for inspections of seventy-three (73) bridges of various configurations in Camden County as part of NJDOT’s Routine Bridge Inspection Program. We have completed inspections for both the first cycle and the second cycle. Inspections focused on structure deck systems such as concrete slab, asphalt overlay and steel grating, structural steel work including girders, floor beams, and cantilevers, and substructure elements such as abutments, wingwalls and piers. Assignments included the preparation of inspection reports, scheduling inspections with traffic control and other permits, SI&A coding and PONTIS coding. All inspections were done in accordance with AASHTO Manual for Bridge Evaluation.
