Entry level to (5) five years in structural engineering preferred.

Apply now for opportunities to work on pivotal infrastructure design projects and showcase bridge and/or building structural design skills. By working directly with our talented engineers and project managers, new hires will assist with bridge/building structural design calculations, plan preparation, and the development of contract documents, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. We are seeking a full-time, permanent junior to mid-level infrastructure design engineer in the Structural Department, reporting to either the NY or NJ office. Candidates should demonstrate sufficient experience, appropriate education, and technical skills to serve as a Structural Design/Project Engineer on multi-disciplinary design projects. Responsibilities: • Assist in the analysis and design of structural components and systems. • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop structural plans and specifications. • Conduct structural calculations and compliance with building codes. • Use engineering software for modeling and analysis of structures. • Participate in site inspections and evaluations. • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing structural analyses and recommendations. • Contribute to the coordination of structural engineering projects. • Construction support services. • Other tasks as required on a project-by-project basis. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred. • Entry level to (5) five years in bridge/infrastructure or structural building design preferred. • Knowledge of structural engineering principles and design codes. • Advanced experience in AutoCAD and MicroStation preferred. • PE License (NY or NJ) a plus. • Prompt, reliable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
