SERVICES PROVIDED
SJH provided facility inspection and condition assessment services under three (3) different task orders—18-024, 18-025, and 18-026—for various bus garages, shops, terminals, and park-and-ride facilities. SJH was responsible for the civil and structural inspections. The three contracts were as follows:

Contract No. 18-024: Provided Facility Condition Assessment Services for the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail System Shops and Stations and other locations, as required.

Contract No. 18-025: Provided Facility Condition Assessment Services for Northern Division Bus Garages, Shops, Terminals, and Park-and-Rides and other locations, as required.

Contract No. 18-026: Provided Facility Condition Assessment Services for Hoboken Division Commuter Rail Yards/Maintenance Facilities and Montclair-Boonton Line, Pascack Valley Line, Main Line, and Bergen Line Passenger Commuter Rail Stations and other locations, as required.
SJH provided NJ Registered Professional Engineers to serve as Structural and Civil Team Leaders, who performed the condition surveys. The inspections were visual, and the condition states of various components were noted on handheld tablets. The inspections focused on the structural and civil conditions of the various elements, including platforms, station buildings, parking lots, and more. The reports were generated from the collected data and the final reports were submitted to NJ Transit.
